A leading supporter of HabiJax (Habitat for Humanity, Inc.), EverBank generously donated $1.2 million to fund the construction of more than two dozen homes. Additionally, our employees volunteered thousands of hours building homes for their fellow citizens.

As an early supporter of Operation New Hope, EverBank shares the pioneering spirit of this organization's commitment to restore one of Jacksonville, Florida's most historic neighborhoods—Springfield. By offering free prescreening to potential homebuyers, homebuyer educational seminars, and reduced home financing rates to qualified buyers, EverBank helps recipients take a major step toward managing the financial responsibilities of homeownership.

Each year, the Housing Partnership of Northeast Florida assists several hundreds of families with a variety of issues, including home repair, homeownership education, and credit counseling. Also, in partnership with EverBank, the organization assists low-to-moderate income families who've fallen victim to predatory lending by refinancing their mortgages with much more reasonable terms. Since joining forces in 1999, EverBank employees have actively participated in several Housing Partnership projects.

As Florida's oldest not-for-profit child-service agency, daniel assists thousands of at-risk youth in need and their families. In addition to being daniel's primary bank, EverBank sponsors a number of supportive events, including their annual Volunteer Appreciation Lunch and Annual Charity Golf Tournament. With a mission to provide affordable housing to people faced with disabilities, Grove House has successfully helped well-deserving individuals by providing them with safe and affordable rental housing. As Grove House's primary bank, EverBank finances nearly half of their client residences at below market rates.
