EverBank® announces record year-to-date earnings, record deposits, and record capital
EverBank Financial Corp today announced third-quarter net income of $5.3 million, an increase of 12% over the $4.7 million recorded in the year-ago period. The company has experienced record year-to-date earnings from continuing operations of $23.9 million, an 11% increase over the $21.5 million recorded in the year-ago period.

EverBank Announces Growth Investment from Sageview Capital
EverBank Financial Corp announced today that it has received a capital investment of approximately $100 million from an affiliate of Sageview Capital LP, a private investment firm. The capital will be used to support continued significant growth in EverBank’s core banking and mortgage business lines.
