The loan production office will process loan applications and arrange financing for real estate projects, corporations and small businesses.

The University Park office employees include:

• Michael P. Grothe, Vice President and Southwest Florida Regional Manager – With over 16 years of experience in commercial real estate lending, commercial and industrial lending, and treasury management, Mr. Grothe will be responsible for growing business throughout Southwest Florida.
• Michelle DeLorme, Assistant Vice President and Southwest Florida Credit Administration – With over 17 years of experience in commercial banking, lending, credit administration and special assets, Ms. DeLorme will be responsible for credit and underwriting within the new office.
• Kathleen Reed, Office Manager – With over 19 years experience in retail banking, consumer lending and commercial real estate, Ms. Reed will be responsible for day-to-day business activities within the new office.
